  • 1 can can Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g
  • 500 g Icing sugar
  • 390 g desiccated coconut
  • Pink food colouring

Instructions
  1. Place the icing sugar, sweetened condensed milk and desiccated coconut in a bowl and work together thoroughly.
  2. Divide the mixture into two bowls
  3. Press half of the mixture into a shallow baking tin a few inches deep, and press it down firmly
  4. Put a few drops of the pink colouring into remaining mixture and work it through and blend in so its all pink colour.
  5. Press the remaining pink half into the pan. Leave it to set for at least a couple of hours before cutting into squares
